Marisa will be leading an all levels Pilates Mat class followed by an in store private shopping event and 20% discount for all Peace Of Mind Pilates clients!

Bring your own mat, water, bottle and a friend.  No Pilates experience necessary and all levels are welcome as modifications and progressions will be offered for each exercise.
