Learn how to help stave off cold and flu, breathe more fully and efficiently during daily life, and clear congestion or a chronic runny nose—all through the power of intentional breathwork.

Lenka is an Oxygen Advantage Breath Instructor who believes that our breath is the bridge between inside tuning and outside fixing. Her work is rooted in the transition from always DOING to just BEING—helping people move out of the "busy-ness" of the mind and back into the rhythm of their true selves.

Specializing in nervous system regulation and the transformative power of cold exposure, Lenka teaches the breath as a gentle 24/7 system rather than just a technique. She shows her students how to find the "softness within" even when the outer world feels hard or frozen.

Lenka’s mission is to remind you that your breath is a quiet, powerful medicine you carry everywhere. When you learn to listen to its rhythm, you aren't just getting through the day—you are finding your way back to the peace that was already there.

You know your core strength. You know your flexibility. But do you know your communication style?

Find Your Flow is a 90-minute interactive workshop where movement meets mindset. Led by Executive Coach and Communication Specialist Reece Leonetti, you’ll explore your unique DISC “Bird” personality style—Eagle, Parrot, Owl, or Dove—through a guided self-reflection survey, and uncover how it shapes your relationships, stress patterns, fitness habits, and daily interactions. Just like in Pilates, alignment matters: when one area overcompensates, everything feels it.

Throughout the session, you’ll gain insight into how you show up under stress, what drives your motivation and consistency, and how to create stronger relationships and clearer boundaries. This is a grounded, real-life experience focused on awareness and growth—not therapy or corporate training. You’ll leave with practical tools, a personalized reflection guide, and one meaningful shift you can apply right away, along with a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your community.

RESTORE- Sound Bath and Yoga

This class focuses on aiding mobility, flexibility, and relaxation through a gentle and mindful yoga flow. Finishing with a deeply restorative savasana, leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.

Experience deep relaxation with this restorative  class. Gentle movements, mindful breathwork, and guided stretching will prepare you for a blissful sound bath journey. Leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.

This unique class combines gentle strength and alignment with the profound relaxation of breathwork and sound healing.

  • Begin with a series of slow, mindful stretching exercises designed to improve flexibility, posture, and core stability.

  • Deepen your practice with guided breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system and release tension.

  • Conclude with a deeply immersive sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and tranquility. Leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and deeply connected to your body and mind.
